The customer facing personal is rude, but the amazing quality of the muffins makes it bearable.
My kids love the mini muffins. They are always good, but the last two times we went, they had flys in the food case. This last time, there was a dead fly laying on the food in the top case. Not the best visual 😞.

They charge a 3.4% on debit card transactions, which is a 3% markup from what the bank charges them. That’s crazy. Why do you mark up the charge?
