I used to love going to this place to get work done and came to the cafe nearly every week. However, like Fran I had a pretty awful customer service experience a few years ago. I am on a special diet and sometimes bring a bagel thin to eat while in the cafe. I know that this is technically against the rules but it was never an issue until the Barber from down the street came in and confronted me on the issue in an extremely rude way. Great decor and atmosphere. Chill and comfortable but also clean and legitimate. Nice customer service and delicious coffee. I don't generally go for lattes and other fancy stuff. Just plain coffee here is great though!
This is a great place to get a sandwich and coffee! The atmosphere is really cool, the service is great, and the food is good. They have a nice place in the corner for kids to play too - which is a bonus! Just wish in the summer they had a few chairs outside.
NOT my favorite cafe!!! I gave this place another chance after having a bad experience a couple years ago and they still don't seem to have made any improvements on customer service. Coffee is okay and the decor is nice but you would be better off going to the Drowsy Parrot down the street.My Favorite Cafe is a poor excuse for a neighborhood coffee shop.
