I had a great experience bringing my dog in for allergy issues. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. The vet explained everything clearly and made sure we had a plan to help my dog start feeling better. You can tell they truly care about the animals they treat. The whole visit was smooth, professional, and reassuring. I’m so grateful for the help and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vet who genuinely cares about their pets!
The services I receive here are excellent. I have one issue with this place: The new pet bird in the lobby makes exceedingly loud, screechy, annoying sounds that actually were hurting my ears during my entire wait in the lobby today. I had to cover my ears to avoid hearing damage. I would rather the bird not be there, but if he remains I will be wearing hearing protection whenever I visit the vet.
I would not recommend My Family Vet.
