Update: Even the response to my review is ridiculous! It’s not the look of cherry eye, which she would know because my husband told her that repeatedly!! This proves their ignorance and my point. No, I wasn’t there, but I’ve been with my husband for 28 years. I trust him especially when it comes to our beloved animals. It is bothering our pup, but you were to arrogant to know that. Based on the other reviews, I think I might have been there on an off day. While we were scheduled and seen quickly, things felt rushed and incomplete. For example, toward the end of our visit, we had to ask about our cat's weight before they actually took it. Additionally, they never looked in our cat's mouth. Nor did they suggest blood work. I would think that all three of those things are very important when doing a wellness check on a senior feline.
They are amazing! They care for all of our animals, 4 cats and a miniature long hair dachshund. Can't say enough good things about their staff, Jadyn is Fantastic at the front, Kaelyn and her skill with handling your pets you would think they were hers.🥰 Dr. Scott describes everything in great detail and lays out expectations and nutrition plans if needed, the best veterinarian I have ever worked with hands down! This clinic is by far the best clinic I’ve known here. The entire staff is great! Specially Morgan who is an outstanding nurse. She is kind and extremely competent to assist my dog with kindness and also professionalism. The doctors there are amazing! They explained me very well everything about the concerns I was having with my dog. They treat us both with respect and compassion. I came in with one of my fur babies that had gotten into a dog fight and I was in hysterics. The whole staff was amazing and calmed me and took great care of my pup. No hesitation just genuine care and respect.
