My fianc� took our male Shih-Tzu in for an annual check-up and four vaccinations. For the first two shots she noted our dog was experiencing significant discomfort. Another technician walked in and noted the technician with the syringes had used the wrong gauge needle, something much too large for such a small animal. Best vet ever! The staff is so friendly and caring. And the veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable and care for your pet as if it were their own 🥹. I love my family vet!
Update: Even the response to my review is ridiculous! It’s not the look of cherry eye, which she would know because my husband told her that repeatedly!! This proves their ignorance and my point. No, I wasn’t there, but I’ve been with my husband for 28 years. I trust him especially when it comes to our beloved animals. It is bothering our pup, but you were to arrogant to know that. Based on the other reviews, I think I might have been there on an off day. While we were scheduled and seen quickly, things felt rushed and incomplete. For example, toward the end of our visit, we had to ask about our cat's weight before they actually took it. Additionally, they never looked in our cat's mouth. Nor did they suggest blood work. I would think that all three of those things are very important when doing a wellness check on a senior feline.
