I will give zero start for the young girl receptionist. I was so sick, couldn't stand properly but she was chewing like goat and was holding phone in her ears. Not talking to anyone but just holding phone. Than another nurse came from inside and as she finished on her phone, she Started talking to that nurse instead of patients First. Or even ask me are you ok! Before there was a very nice lady reception, she was healthy lady, wish she can come back. They just close to my place and that's the only reason I go there.
I have been attending this medical centre for almost 8 years, and I have generally had very positive experiences with the doctors and staff. Unfortunately, my experience today with Dr Padma Krishnamurthy was extremely disappointing. I found the communication to be rude and unprofessional. I felt that my concerns were not listened to properly, and the tone and volume used during the consultation made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a patient. I’ve had a very disappointing experience, pathology is very slow. I have only 3 pension before me. I waiting more than 1 hour.
Extremely disappointed with the pathology service here. Waiting 3+ hours for a basic blood test is simply not reasonable. What makes it worse is seeing people who have been fasting having to sit and wait for hours just to get their blood taken. I genuinely felt sorry for them. The medical centre really needs to review how the pathology service is being managed. If the current team cannot handle the number of patients, please consider adding more staff or changing the pathology provider/crew if space allows. A blood test shou... read more
Not good service, waiting time 45 minutes, I do not reccomend to come here anymore rude staff and too expensive
