Dr. Hasan Hashimi is hands down the most careless doctor I have ever visited. Went to get my son and daughter checked together. He prescribed my daughters medicine in my sons name and vice versa He then ordered Ultrasound for my daughter, only to be found later, was in my sons name. I called the receptionist to have that fixed. She called back and told me that doctor said he ordered US for my son. He literally checked my son’s foot and my daughters throat like 30 mins ago. Dr. Padma at Willowdale Medical Center is, hands down, one of the most arrogant and careless doctors I’ve ever come across. She’s rude, dismissive, and has absolutely no interest in listening to her patients. It feels like she already made up her mind before you even finish a sentence. She misdiagnosed both my daughter and my husband — multiple times. My mum visited today to see the doctor, when I booked her appointment online it didn't say there is an out of pocket charge even when mum went to the clinic none of the Receptionists advised her that there is an out of pocket charge but after she finished her appointment and gone home. The receptionist called her 10 mins later, telling her to come back to pay 60$ and when mum questioned why no one told me and why are you charging, the receptionist simply said we have decided to charge and it is a new thing so mun paid as she... read more
This doesn’t even deserve 1 star. To be honest if the receptionist was just polite and nice i would’ve given 2 star but she was rude & when asked a question she would answer back in an annoyed tone of voice. I don’t know if it’s because she was young but was absolutely disgusting. I don’t know I think she picks and chooses who she wants to be nice to!
