Primero vez que llevaba a mi hermano de 65 años. Recepcionistas muy arrogantes platicando entre Ellas y Mal atendiendo a Los pacientes..Llego un anciano q necesita a sus medicinas y "hasta q Tenga su cita podran darselas" Llego una Senora tambien mayor buscando una referencia q tenia dos semana Esperando y la atendieron de manera fea....pienzo que las personas van enfermas ahi y que si no estan dispuestas a atender de una mera cordial ..que estan hacienda ahi!!!! The staff are rude. Yelling personally information through the glass for everyone to hear. I made an appointment with a doctor and they billed my insurance as so but only had a nurse come it. The nurse stated I need a referral and to get it up front. The office staff told me to find my own doctor and I don't need a referral. The office clearly cannot communicate with eachother to provide adequate care.
This place should be closed down, for many reasons. The front office assistant is completely incompetent. The doctor is from another country who GOOGLED what to do during the office visit. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I’ll be reporting this doctor and their office!
