he almost killed me with his advice. now i have lasting medical issues
This one star is only in reference to their telephone answering services. Twice I have tried to make calls on behalf of my mother to either schedule or reschedule her appointments and twice I have stayed on hold for over 30 minutes and when they finally did answer me, they end up hanging up on me. Horrible JUST HORRIBLE ANSWERING SERVICES.
WOW JUST WOW!!!! Staff is AWESOME!!!! From the receptionist, to nurse, to Doctor this staff has been phenomenal. You ignore wait and realize why. Each member asked questions to ensure my safety, comfort, and well being. Definitely a positive in my book. I felt like home with Dr. Burger/Berger (Hope I spelled it right) Very professional explained things to my understanding, provided excellent remedies, and new knowledge to carry on moving forward. Definitely would recommend this practice! You all are amazing!!!
