I have been a patient of this office for many years, Dr. Fanny Ramirez was my practitioner of choice. She was wonderful, loved her caring ways and bed side manners. The phone stuff? no so, very negligent and rude. Now that dr. Ramirez retired its even worse. I will no longer use this office for any of my medical needs. I had such a hard time getting results appointments and call backs, too many issues to list on this post, but trust me they have gone downhill and I do not recommend this office.
DO NOT GO HERE !!! Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!
Yesterday my husband called in to see what they could send me out to help me after my son died the day before and i was hyperventilating and sobbing all day. After he talked to the them In lenth they said they would talk to the Dr and get back with him. Well they called me this morning and i talked to them again. 5 hours later i called them back. I went back anf forth with who i was talking to and they finally offered me an appointment 2 day from now. They wasted over 24 hours of me getting any help at all. I am so done with... read more
Fanny is fixing to retire and I can see it the works. She is my mom's PCP however, her staff has failed to accomplish simple results multiple times. From sending refill prescriptions, to physical therapy authorizations, to giving proper documentation to insurance companies,... they have failed in every way possible! I've had to have supervisors call me back to remedy situations. Better Business Bureau needs to look into them and there practices!
