I know most people are not thrilled with the idea of going to the dentist. But I really can say that I actually look forward to my appointments here. The staff is so friendly and enjoyable to work with. The hygienists have been wonderful and my dentist has been great. They only do what needs to be done and explain to exactly what needs to be done or what they are doing before they begin the work. Wow... no need for anxiety when going to Kate!! I only do reviews when I feel strongly about a business, so for me to take the time to write, shows a lot:)- EVERYthing was serene... calming and very professional! No one got snippy cause I asked questions.. they encouraged it and guess what?? THEY actually listen to you, no cutting you off after 5 seconds! What a concept eh! lol. I have been to My Family Dental since November of last year for dental work, and this clinic has been the best one I've been too. Reception is great and is willing to take time to go through bookings/benefit coverage with you, and I've had amazing experiences with the two hygienists have done my cleanings (thank you Annika and Taylor!). Dr. Barr and Kate are also awesome at what they do. I drive from out of town, and I highly recommend this dental clinic!
