Was never given a proper appointment time. Staff is rude. They kept transferring my call to one another and at the end ended up with no appointment.

Dr espejo has been my pcp for years . It’s so sad I have to leave this review due to the fact of poor management. One of the staff let me use the personal restroom due to patients restroom was super dirty and disgusting with poop . The manager called me to get after me for using the personal restroom. This is super unprofessional receiving a call from a manager to get after patients instead of talking to the staff of what is allowed and what is not allowed. Will not be coming back .
