If you are considering an out of hospital birth, I’m here to say DO IT! You’ve got this! The team here is competent, kind, and they will help you have the birth experience you wish for. The recent birth of my third daughter was the most amazing experience of my life! (First two born in hospital with epidural.) If there are more children in my future, I will be returning.
I truly cannot say enough good things about this birth center and the incredible people who work here. I chose them for both my pregnancies and births, and I’m so grateful I got to bring both of my babies into the world with their support. We just had our third baby at My Family Birth Center! The care, knowledge, and kindness of the team here is unmatched. We are so grateful they take insurance, provide women’s care beyond birth, and just a great experience overall.
My Family Birth Center has been an amazing experience! I’ve had two previous births both being at a hospital. Each experience was not great. I never felt supported by the hospital staff. When I was first pregnant with my third baby I had my first appointment with an OB who delivers at the hospital. I felt like what I wanted did not matter…I was not being heard in the birth I wanted. They always do a good job. Their facility is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The midwifes are always very nice, and supportive. They do your prenatal care, birth and a couple of visits postnatal. Having the option to buy natural supplements from is also nice. Having options for naturaly birthing is great. Especially a tub birth, to assist with laboring and tear prevention. After birth my husband and I got a meal, and a cute card with the baby's foot prints.
