I get my eyebrows, upper lips, and forehead done by Samjhana, and she is amazing at what she does. She is very friendly, always makes sure I’m satisfied, and helps me achieve the exact look I want. She also works in a way that makes the process much less painful, which I really appreciate. Because of her, I’ve wanted to try more services there. She has created such a welcoming and homely environment for me, and I always look forward to my appointments. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed — I really wanted to like this place. I told the first lady I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned, not reshaped. I like them thicker and natural, and she confirmed she understood. With the very first thread, the arch of my right eyebrow was gone. When I calmly pointed it out, she insisted she hadn't touched the shape — even though the threaded line was clearly visible.
