These folks are scam artists and if they so happen to charge my insurance for anything more than the eye exam to my insurance I will follow with a fraud claim and lawsuit…. I know healthcare codes and having Better Business Bureau to investigate these people of this type scammer business too many people I see review and the same thing has happened…this is bad for business, family’s and your hard earned money
