I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Stanton Optical in Euless location. We spent over $350 on a single pair of children’s glasses, including what we were told was a comprehensive warranty. Just four months later, the frames are falling apart. When we went in for a repair, we were told the previous associate sold us the wrong warranty and explained the coverage incorrectly. Marsha was incredible!! I came in frantic bc my daughter broke her glasses right before vacation!! She helped us so fast and easy 🥹. I will be back!!! 🥰 (and my daughter loves this pair more than the original!!!!) 10/10 recommend.
Ask for Kim very professional and pleasant, quick service, I was told my prescription wouldn't be ready same day. They informed me that it would be anyway,so happy I can see clearly now.
