The people were very nice. Professional. No issues there. The 2 for 79 is misleading. There are only a few (cheap ugly) frames to choose from. Even with my insurance I left with one pair and spent 230 dollars. Explain to me how that happens??? Plus the selection of frames is awful. Hideous most of them. I picked the least offensive one in my allowance and I don’t plan to wear them unless I lose or damage the pair I already had. Super disappointing. The glasses I bought here have broken in three different places and the lenses have turned yellow! Not sure what they did or why but I'm out almost $400. They did the bifocus which I asked him not to do since I had previously had them and they did not work and now I have to take off my glasses to read. I wish I would have went to Walmart
Very disappointed with the service. Ordered Eyewear, $500 worth April 26th. Told it'll taken two weeks to receive. Asked for light tint. Didn't receive a call when Eyewear arrived on May 8th. Stopped by because I was shopping in the area. In reviewing the glasses I ordered, the tint was extremely dark, as though I purchased shades 😎. Did a reorder on the darkness of the tint and was asked to wait another two weeks to receive. Today, May 22nd, shopping again, I stopped by to check on my purchase. Mr.Josh was so amazing! Greeted me as soon as i walked in with a smile, was very respectful, also helpful with my questions and even offered other options that could help me out! Even with him being by hisself, he was able to take care of 3 customers at once while taking care of me. NOW THATS AWESOME. I’ve found my new home for Optical care. If you’re looking for great service THIS is the location you should come to! Ask for Josh he’s the man!
