WALK IN TO GET AN EXAM FOR MY 2 GIRLS AND THIS WONDERFUL YOUNG LADY IN THE BACK JAZMINE HELPED US THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS. SHE WAS SO SWEET. I CAN TELL SHE IS THE BACK BONE OF THAT PLACE. SOLMAN HELP MY GIRLS CHOSE SOME CUTE FRAMES. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK.
Spoke to Jasmine and she stated that they weren’t handicapped accessible and they weren’t able to accommodate me. She rudely told me they never had to accommodate someone in a wheelchair before.
Allyson and Jasmine are the bomb! Super friendly and personable staff and even a week later they remembered me and couldn't be nicer! I'll definitely be back next year for my exam
