Don’t waste your time going here unless you really need some cheap crappy glasses. Extremely unprofessional service!!! My fiance ordered two pairs of glasses. He was told it would take a week. It took over two weeks and no one called him or emailed to say when they were ready. He had to call to find out. When he did call he was then told that one pair was ready and the other would come later. He never received the second pair. The staff is awesome!!! I had broken my glasses and needed a new pair immediately. My glasses were done quickly and perfectly. Even when though they do not work with my insurance, I will still be going back to get my next pair. I highly recommend them.
My encounter with Dell and Salman at the Snellville, GA branch was truly the most delightful experience I’ve ever had with any sales associate. Their patience and professionalism were outstanding. Big thumbs up to both of you!
Dill and his team were amazing and work well under pressure. Will definitely visit here for all of my families needs.
