Today, February 21, 2026, I Rafael received excellent service from Nuvia. She was very attentive and helped me throughout the entire process, from the eye exam to choosing the right lenses for me. I was very surprised by all the equipment used for examinations, and the variety of frames and lenses. I definitely recommend it.

Was not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised with how thorough and attentive the staff was. Their floor manager was very knowledgeable, and tried to accommodate to my budget! She really has the costumers best interest in mind! The staff made sure to take the time to help me find my best ocular fit and I would say has been my best experience in a retail optical!
