I rarely write reviews, but I had to make one for how awful this place is. I don’t know how they even have a 4.7 star rating — no chance that’s legit. Must be botted reviews because my experience was the complete opposite. First off, the eye exam: it’s not even in person. It’s a joke of a virtual exam on a Zoom call. Some random guy flashes on a monitor and asks you “1 or 2?” like a robot. No actual feedback, no watching body language, no real clarifications. Just mindlessly clicking yes or no. Had a great experience it was really quick came after work. Mr Jose was the rep that helped me very comfortable and nice quiet. I would recommend them for any of your eyeglass care.
I worked with Tiffany to get my eyes examined for contact lenses. She was extremely nice and professional. It was a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.
I had a great experience with Stanton. Jethon is the one that assisted me and he was awesome. Great convo and great vibes! Was in and out. And was able to get exam and have glasses ready same day service. The techs was nice as well. I definitely recommend.
