my appointment was at 1pm and it is now 1:40 and NO ONR has checked us in. I asked if someone will be seeing me and there response was they only have two employees. never again.You lost my business
My appointment was at 5:15. Evidently, there were two other people scheduled for 515 even though there’s only one doctor that comes every 15 days to the store to accommodate patients that were doubled and tripled up. There was also multiple people scheduled for 5 PM and 4 PM and 4:30 PM After two hours, the store literally closed, and I didn’t feel comfortable being the last patient rushed by a Doctor who was slammed with patients because instead of working more than one day a week he works one day every 15 days so he had a ... read more
Got in and out with no hassles. Enrique and his team are the best.
Terrible experience. I had been coming here for a while. Been bringing my family to get their glasses as well. For the most part, it was fine. However, I bought some semi rimmed glasses. Yesterday, while washing dishes, the wire that holds the lens into the frame popped for no reason. I figured, I pay for a warranty, so next day I go back to get the glasses fixed. They fixed it and charged me $45. Saying that my warranty covered 20% of the cost. There 400+ dollar glasses broke on my face on their own, through no fault of my ... read more
