Do you enjoy talking to someone who works in a call center instead of the location? If so, you will enjoy the experience at this place. When you call, the local number, no matter what you press on the menu you will reach someone that does NOT work at the location. They handle all calls through a call center. And you have to ask the person 3 different ways to confirm this, they are sneaky. Even Wal-Mart doesn't outsource answering the phone for their optical center...
I really debated on writing a review but my experience was so negative that I just had to say something. The price of an exam and contacts here is more than other places. And what they fail to tell you is that your doctors sees you through telehealth. They call it a “high tech” experience but it’s literally just a super glitchy video call in the exam room with the doctor. The audio and video kept cutting out and it was very uncomfortable. I wish I had taken the time to read the recent reviews before coming here. My wife and I visited to get eye exams and new lenses, bringing our own matching frames. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. During our first visit, my wife’s lenses were fine, but mine were not. I returned a few days later, as my vision was still blurry, and it turned out the initial prescription was incorrect. This was my first visit to this optical store, recommended by a family member, and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. The process took far too long, and after all the waiting I was left with contact lenses that made my distance vision blurry, even though I normally see clearly from afar. The technician left me unattended to see a new patient, and then another staff member left me waiting while holding lenses in his hand, just to go socialize with coworkers.
