We had a great experience at Stanton Optical Kendall. Juan, store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable, he researched my husband's prescription and offered us the best solution. Thank you so much for your help, Juan, it truly made a difference. The customer service was excellent!
Wanda was incredibly condescending even before walking up to the counter. Customer service training is highly encouraged. It was my first time trying to get an eye exam and walked right out. Word of advice: customers shouldn’t be on the receiving end of personal frustrations.
Estaba por ir para hacerme mi examen de la vista y mis lentes, pero veo muchisimas reseñas negativas y casi todas son por la misma causa, caro, de mala calidad y errores en las medidas de vision, mejor ya no voy a este y me voy a otro lado.

Me siento muy inconforme con el servicio recibido. Llevo 8 años realizándome mis lentes con ustedes y nunca había tenido este tipo de inconveniente. En esta ocasión, la fórmula realizada no fue la correcta, ya que yo necesitaba lente bifocales, y solo me entregaron los lentes con la fórmula para ver de cerca. Además me están haciendo pagar mucho más por un error realizado por ellos. No considero justo tener que asumir un costo adicional por un error que no fue mío.
