I came in desperate with my glasses broken, and I explained my situation to WANDA and the other lady at the office. Without hesitation, WANDA went out of her way to help fix my glasses. Meanwhile, the other lady was a little rude, but WANDA’s kindness and willingness to help completely changed my experience. It’s very hard to find people with a genuine heart and customer service like WANDA’s in Miami. I’m truly grateful for her help and compassion during such a stressful moment.
We had a great experience at Stanton Optical Kendall. Juan, store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable, he researched my husband's prescription and offered us the best solution. Thank you so much for your help, Juan, it truly made a difference. The customer service was excellent!
Wanda was incredibly condescending even before walking up to the counter. Customer service training is highly encouraged. It was my first time trying to get an eye exam and walked right out. Word of advice: customers shouldn’t be on the receiving end of personal frustrations.
Estaba por ir para hacerme mi examen de la vista y mis lentes, pero veo muchisimas reseñas negativas y casi todas son por la misma causa, caro, de mala calidad y errores en las medidas de vision, mejor ya no voy a este y me voy a otro lado.
