"I would caution others to be aware of how this business handles scheduling and customer service. My appointment, originally booked 5 days in advance for 6:30 p.m., was unilaterally changed by the business to 6:00 p.m. on the day of the appointment. The notification was sent via text just hours before the scheduled time. This short notice is unprofessional, as it does not allow for a customer with a busy schedule to adjust. Mi esposa se mando a hacer unos anteojos que no quedaron bien porque veía borroso entonces ya no los quiso y no le devolvieron todo el total porque la medida no se la devuelven que está mal porque si la medida estuvo mal como saber me parece que eso es una vivesa algo siempre te sacan tienen que tener cuidado y preguntar bien antes de hacerse una medida de vista

La peor experiencia que he tenido. Definitivamente no recomiendo este lugar. Al llegar por primera vez te hacen firmar en una tablet, por lo que recomiendo leer muy bien antes de hacerlo. En mi caso, la consulta fue con un doctor de manera remota, algo que nunca me informaron al momento de sacar la cita. En segundo lugar, cuando me entregaron mis gafas, la fórmula no estaba bien centrada: no veía bien y además las gafas se notaban de mala calidad para el precio que pagué (más de $600).
