Very disappointing experience with Stanton Optical. I started this process on November 23, 2025, for contacts and glasses, but both my glasses and trial contacts had incorrect prescriptions. I have had multiple appointments to correct the issue, but my contact trials were repeatedly delayed. I kept calling for updates and was told different things, including that my order was never placed and later that it was misplaced and needed to be reordered. I came in desperate with my glasses broken, and I explained my situation to WANDA and the other lady at the office. Without hesitation, WANDA went out of her way to help fix my glasses. Meanwhile, the other lady was a little rude, but WANDA’s kindness and willingness to help completely changed my experience. It’s very hard to find people with a genuine heart and customer service like WANDA’s in Miami. I’m truly grateful for her help and compassion during such a stressful moment.
