I am 56 years old I have been wearing glasses since I was 2 years old, because of a stupid computer fault I was not able to a licensed doctor's which is not on-site, basically they check your eye like a Telehealth style come on you should be ashamed of your level of care. Shamefull to see this kind of medical practice. Shamefull

I loved my experience at this location. Great service with a smile. Knowledge, kindness, expedient and sweet. I’m very impressed. That was real nice. We are in Miami. No one acts like that anymore. Very disappointing experience with Stanton Optical. I started this process on November 23, 2025, for contacts and glasses, but both my glasses and trial contacts had incorrect prescriptions. I have had multiple appointments to correct the issue, but my contact trials were repeatedly delayed. I kept calling for updates and was told different things, including that my order was never placed and later that it was misplaced and needed to be reordered.
