James and the whole crew were very knowledgeable and simply amazing! I fell in love with the whole office experience.

Staff is so friendly you'll want to hand out there all day, but if you are looking for an actual Eye DOCTOR appointment, i recommend going elsewhere. Not announced anywhere nor they tell before making the appointment, but as you are checking in to the appointment they hand you a paper saying you agree to a "zoom call appointment" hahaha really? I’ve been here twice; once a year ago and again a month ago. Both times have been about the same. Appointment takes 2-3 hours because they overbook the doctors. The office never calls to tell you if your order is ready and they don’t answer the phone. If you want your order, you have to show up and hope it’s ready. Communication is awful. Pricing is also pretty high. Even with insurance I still had to pay almost $300 for the exam and my contacts. Doing a 2 star review because I've spent over $200 for all the exams, got fitted for contact lenses and haven't received my contacts. I just tried calling the place multiple times and no one picks up and I tried a little bit ago, and someone picked up and then hung up on me. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
