Welcoming environment, professional and personable staff. Zero drama. What's there not to like?
Everything was great! Doctor Patel is wonderful and very caring. The office is cold, though. I believe the staff could benefit from jackets with your logo on them to keep them warm, and it would provide some free advertisement.
James and the whole crew were very knowledgeable and simply amazing! I fell in love with the whole office experience.

Staff is so friendly you'll want to hand out there all day, but if you are looking for an actual Eye DOCTOR appointment, i recommend going elsewhere. Not announced anywhere nor they tell before making the appointment, but as you are checking in to the appointment they hand you a paper saying you agree to a "zoom call appointment" hahaha really?
