How is it this place this bad and still open! Last year they couldn't get my prescription right and had to fight the front desk for a follow up appointment appointment and this year they do t tell me until I show up that they can't do my contact exam because my appointment is remote. How do you do a remote eye exam Just because you left a voicemail doesn't constitute you telling me!
