He's very slow to respond. We're still waiting for security deposits to be returned after emptying and cleaning 3 units we had rented for our furniture and household stuff over 3 months ago. We discovered water on the floor of the units. Our furniture had mildew on it. Some of the furniture was 4 generations old. There was another month rent charged to my card for 2 of the units, after we had emptied and cleaned them, and had returned the keys.Which after waiting since September, we still have not received. Easy access, clean, big storage facilities. Plenty of room to maneuver .
Very nice storage facility. Unit was free of moisture and no signs of deterioration. I liked the locks on the units as there is no way to be broken into and liked the 24/7 surveillance. Would recommend these units 100%.
