I came to see Kelly on Friday for my second body scan. She was incredibly helpful & informative! Kel went over my results in detail, compared them to my previous scan & gave me some great advice on how to achieve my goals. Highly recommend!

I'm an everyday athlete and I thought my diet was dialed in. I was curious to assess my "metabolic fitness" so I did an ECAL test. Kel Roy did a great job of explaining all the metrics and how my results compared to the established healthy ranges. The results suggested that my macronutrients were unbalanced and might be causing unnecessary stress to my body.
