Patient care is superb. HOWEVER, horrible to work for. I received my schedule on a Tuesday. On Friday the full time employees came to work and they informed them that the ER had closed. I was not told of the closure. I only found out due to driving past and seeing the lights off. I understand Texas is a "At Will" state, but to treat employees like that is absurd. People have bills to pay. People have mouths to feed. Be more considerate to the people who are treating your patients.

I am very pleased with the service I received at My Emergency Room. The hospital staff was very friendly, and I was seen immediately.

During my stay in San Antonio, Tasha and the staff took such great care of me during a difficult time. No WAIT- clear billing, can't say enough about them! I appreciate the kind smiles and efficiency of everyone!

I'd give this clinic 10 stars if I could. I'd picked it because it was closest and was urgent for pain relief since I cracked my knee on the sidewalk. When I arrived the doctors were kind, patient, supportive, understanding, and skilled. I have a terrible phobia of needles and not once did the doctor make fun of me. She patiently walked me through my treatment and was loving and welcoming 100% of the time. I couldn't ask for a more amazing experience.
