I can’t say enough great things about our visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and supported. They were patient, kind, and showed genuine compassion in every interaction. The care my son received was thorough and professional, and they took the time to address all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The were quick , thorough, friendly and professional.
I’ve had to go to My ER 3 times since Saturday and they always take great care of me. One of those times wasn’t a pleasant experience with one of the providers but once Julie the office manager found out what happened she immediately called me and made it right and made sure I was taken well care of the other 2 visits…after hours I will add too. If you want great care go to My ER they are the best in town!!
I had such a wonderful experience here! The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. Everyone made me feel welcome and genuinely cared for. I saw Dr. Salyer, and she was incredible. She took the time to really talk with me and listen to my concerns. I've honestly never had a doctor be so attentive and caring. She was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about this place—they were truly wonderful. This is a great facility, and I’m so grateful I found them!
