I’ve had to go to My ER 3 times since Saturday and they always take great care of me. One of those times wasn’t a pleasant experience with one of the providers but once Julie the office manager found out what happened she immediately called me and made it right and made sure I was taken well care of the other 2 visits…after hours I will add too. If you want great care go to My ER they are the best in town!!
I had such a wonderful experience here! The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. Everyone made me feel welcome and genuinely cared for. I saw Dr. Salyer, and she was incredible. She took the time to really talk with me and listen to my concerns. I've honestly never had a doctor be so attentive and caring. She was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about this place—they were truly wonderful. This is a great facility, and I’m so grateful I found them!
I’ve always had great care until today. I have chronic kidney stones and sepsis. Today the NP Tanisha Baldwin I guess didn’t care to read my history she did a UA gave me antibiotic shot and a toradol shot. I was running fever in a lot of pain, nauseous….but didn’t bother to give me an IV with fluids, order a CT to see if I had a stone, do any bloodwork…nada…. and gave me no prescriptions to take home for anything. Lousiest care I’ve ever received ever!!
I felt so sick but I went into the urgent care clinic and the nurse was amazing. They gave me iv fluids with vitamins in the bag and the nurse even put a small heating pad where the iv was bc it makes you cold. I’ve never been taken care of that well in a walk in clinic. Super impressed.
Very kind reception area upon entering. Nurse Kristen very observant and great listener. She took great care of my spouse. Lauren, I believe a new nurse or student was great, too. Dr. Nuremberg explained the tests and results well. Very pleased with the care they have given.
