Went to the clinic and got an unexpected but much appreciated diagnosis. I kept getting diagnosed with strep so every time I went to see anyone I started associating the neck and jaw pain as strep. The nice dr 100% diagnosed me correctly. After 4 years of neck and jaw pain off and on. After googling it my symptoms 100% match.
‼️*whoever is in charge, please read*‼️Came by August 5th, around 9:10AM. Everyone here is so nice, even though you know their jobs aren’t easy. I had to let everyone know about my experience today, praise and gratitude needs to be shared. This is gonna be a LONG one! I wish I could give 100 stars on this review. Last night I went in with my college aged daughter to receive emergency care for her. It was 10pm and stormy and we were very worried about her health, having sought medical care earlier in the week twice, with no improvements. When using the ER portion of this facility the papers say they only accept Cigna. When you tell them you'll go elsewhere the staff assures you they take other insurance (the urgent care side does) and that paper is an old policy. However, my daughter is now being billed out of network and I am concerned the X-rays for my own visit (I broke my foot) will also not be covered.
