Nathan came not really knowing the problem only knowing we had a very sneaky basement. He took the time to investigate and after much work found the issue - a badly blocked drain. The hour the day he kept us informed as to what he was doing and sorted the issue. The price was very reasonable for the work he carried out. Would certainly recommend
John turned up on time, the job was done quickly and effectively. Price was as agreed. I cannot fault any part of the process, will definitely use again
Fantastic service from Nathan, John and the rest of the people at My Emergency Plumber. They came out quickly to deal with the leak and then provided helpful and clear proposals for our new boiler. They arrived punctually for each visit and were always friendly. Good rates too. I am very grateful.

Edit: This silly excuse took you 2 months (isn’t Mario supposed to tell you right away?) and it doesn’t even make sense - why would I keep talking with you, informing you about everything, booking appointments, ordering parts, and why would I even offer this to anyone, to save 20 quid?!
