Terrible experience I called the front desk when they opened at 5 o’clock and asked if they were taking walk-ins I was told yes so I made the 20 minutes drive. Upon arrival the receptionist acted unsure upon whether they were taking the walkins or not telling me they were but then telling me that she didn’t know if she could take me because she didn’t know when the dentist was going on it was 6:45-7 and they opened at 5. Had a bad taste in my mouth about Aspen Dental, I originally went to get a tooth pulled & ended up getting all types of cleanings/fillings I did not ask for and sticked with a $5,000 bill which I did not even receive all treatment because I was so fed up with them. Only good thing was the turn around time. They referred me to an oral surgeon and when i asked for a copy of my x-rays they claimed they didn’t take any. Also followed up because the swelling was worse, pain was excruciating and started to be nauseous and nothing could be done. Quite disappointing.
There are not enough stars to rate this company. The entire staff did phenomenal work, from getting me checked in, to prepping for surgery, during surgery, and check out. Everything was perfect, and I felt zero pain or discomfort during my tooth extraction. I plan to make this my go-to place for any form of dental work because I felt very much taken care of.
I was able to call and make an appt and be seen at 9pm! I was skeptical….I looked at the reviews and decided to take a chance because I was in PAIN!!! I am sooo happy I went! The receptionist, dental hygienist, and Dr. Bunn were FANSTATIC! Dr. Bunn assessed my situation and referred me to Dr. Bullard of Buckhead Village Endodontics for a root canal!
