My visit to My Emergency Dental was very disappointing because I came in for tooth pain and it was about 1-2 hour wait time. By the time I was called in they did a bitewing xray, but my mouth was too small and couldn't get a clear image. So they used the full mouth xray, and after I had to wait another 2-3 hours for them to just recommend me to another dentist for a root canal treatment and prescription for my pain when they could've told at the very beginning instead of making me wait all that time. From front staff to M.D. they were friendly and professional. The doctor took the time to explain why my issue was occurring. I hope I don’t need an emergency dentist in the future but if I do, I’ll definitely go back to My Emergency Dental in Stockbridge.
So I came in today for a 6PM appointment got here at 5 and was told the doctor wouldn’t be in until 6 so I left and came back at 5:50 when I got back they put me in the HOT room and I waited there for 1hour (no water even offered to me so I got up and asked for some ) !!! YES that’s right until 7PM I was the 1st person in the door aswell. When the RUDE doctor and his RUDE assistant got in at 7PM they came in so rude.. UPDATE!!! Today’s visit left me shocked and extremely disappointed. I arrived for my 6:00 PM appointment and ended up waiting a full hour — with no one ahead of me — until the dentist finally came in at 7:00 PM. When he did arrive, he and his assistant were both rushed and dismissive. The dentist spent barely two minutes with me before moving on to the next room.
