Daniel Neal was the drain tech. He was very professional and explained the process very well. Curtious and respectful. Called and informed me of the eta and showed up when he said he would. Hope if i need help again, he is the tech i deal with
This is the most unprofessional plumbing company I call for service @9 am of my main drain back up in my basement was given at 10a-2pm windows I called them back @4pm then again @6pm then again around 8pm all the while they kept telling me some one was coming finally around 10p I called again and they told me they don't know why whatever his name was didn't come but he wasn't coming no one should be treated that way they should have been honest and said they don't have enough workers instead of stringing people along my whol... read more
