EXCELLENT product and after-sales service from Martin! I LOVE MY CARBO X! It is indeed the lightest folding e-bike on the market, which I need because I commute daily on mine, and once you add my heavy lock and work bag, the whole bike becomes a lot to lift on and off the bus for my small 100lb self, so it is perfect! I previously had an e-bike stolen, so I wanted something folding so I can take it inside to prevent theft. This folds up very quickly and is tiny. enough to bring into restaurants. Martin was very helpful and knowledgeable. I travelled from Sydney to test ride the Carbo X (there are no stockists in Sydney). Loved it, bought one – and haven't looked back. I had a few questions about assembly and how to turn on/recharge the lights, and he always got back to me promptly. Thank you!

I had a terrific experience buying from Martin! First determining factor was price & his prices were very competitive - best I could find for the bike I was after. Secondly his customer service was top-notch. My bike required a small software update which needed to be done by the manufacturer. Martin liaised with Honbike & kept me updated every single day until the issue was resolved a few days later.
