I had a terrific experience buying from Martin! First determining factor was price & his prices were very competitive - best I could find for the bike I was after. Secondly his customer service was top-notch. My bike required a small software update which needed to be done by the manufacturer. Martin liaised with Honbike & kept me updated every single day until the issue was resolved a few days later. I recently purchased a 20” e-bike (LSF008 yellow) from the My E Ride outlet in Croydon South Vic. This bike is such fun to ride. Very responsive with great battery power. Looks stunning. It’s so lightweight that we can take it along on our motorhome without being overloaded. Can’t wait to ride around many country towns and rail trails whilst on our travels.
