We stayed at Villa Belle Paradise from Feb. 27 til Mar. 31st, 2023. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very roomy and nicely decorated. There are lots of comfy couches and chairs to relax. There was plenty of room for our family to visit and stay with us for 2 weeks. The pool is lovely and heated with a heat pump. The lanai is very comfortable with loungers and patio table and chairs. We stayed at Royal Invest Inc's Belle Amazing, and it was .... amazing! The house is located in the established area of Cape Coral so it is near the main stores yet far enough away that there was no traffic noise to bother us. It is located at the junction of 2 canals which form a small "lake"; therefore, no houses behind this location. The house is spacious with 4 bedrooms and a large family room off the kitchen. This home is fantastic! Our group of six (6) had an amazing stay. House was very clean, stocked with everything you need for your stay! Large kitchen to cook in. All beds are comfortable and have their own large smart TVs, bathrooms fully stocked with towels and essentials. The main room was perfect for a large group with a huge smart TV screen, pool table (which we used quite often) and game area. Lovely home with everything we needed. Property manager responded immediately even with issues not related to the house! Convenient location just minutes from downtown and other amenities. Beautiful pool and patio where we enjoyed a month surrounded by the people we love. Going back next year!!
Just returned from our fifth year renting homes from Royal Invest. We've had a different property each year and all have been excellent. We had a couple small issues with this past years home and they were taken care of the same day. Website is accurate in photos as well as listed amenities.
