There rates were lowest and they offer a program that gives you insurance for those that don't have I like that. Receptionist was informative, helpful and friendly... All staff exceedingly surpassed what I thought it would be. And for being a walk in the wait time wasn't bad .. thank you again
Dr Now on 24st and Baseline is near my home therefore I decided to give it a try since I've had good results with other locations. I had 2 tests done and I was told by the provider I would get results the next morning. Its been over 10 days and no results have been given. Don't waist your time and money here. Go elsewhere
Be prepared TO WAIT. I spent over an hour past my appointment and never saw anyone. I will not ever go back to this company again and will be finding a new doctor!
Editing: Today, 5/19, was the rescheduled date for my appointment, and once again, an hour after my scheduled video visit, no provider showed up. This is completely unacceptable, and I will be seeking a new primary care physician. I only need a routine prescription refill. I do not have a thyroid and require lifelong medication, yet I am being required to complete monthly video visits just to access a necessary refill.
