Very friendly, professional, and thorough.
I would NOT recommend this facility if your child is sick and needs timely care. My son had an appointment today at 11:40 a.m. and we arrived at 11:25 a.m. He was not seen until around 1:30–1:40 p.m. He was feeling extremely sick and achy, so having to wait approximately two hours despite having a scheduled appointment was very frustrating. When you make an 1140 appointment and are asked to come in 20 min early for paperwork. I would ok being a little past appointment time but when you sit for 1.5 hours and watch people come in after you go in. When you ask how much longer everyone tries to hide and say soon. Meanwhile your child is feeling horrible. And no empathy, apology, nothing from the staff is just sad.
My Dr Now is a wonderful place! Dr Kim and associates were so very nice!!
The provider is very informational and listens to the patient.
