I know that I'm really going to a doctor. I don't have to deal with the whole big bunch of red tape that I don't know how to negotiate then make it easy for you/feel like it's a more personalized service too. Nice and felt a friendly visit coming on since the moment I walked in. Natalie the front desk person was very helpful and nice. I then noticed a security dog looking at me and I was so happy to see her. She showed me a nice greeting and happiness to welcome me into the office. Dr Laura and her MA MaryCruz was helpful and caring and assuring so I knew I was going to be taken care of. I was very very pleased with my visits here. My provider Paul Hilmo made me feel so comfortable and really showed he cared about my health and physical wellbeing. He is very respectful and created such a safe, comfortable, and open environment during my visits. He goes above and beyond and is so direct with patient education, answering any questions I have and letting me know that I have options.
