Needed to have son get a concussion cleared and paperwork signed. Dr Scott Jonason was great to work with!!
Normally we use a naturopathic doctor for our services, which is quite expensive. Well when we heard that our provider changed practices, we decided to give My doctor Now a try, and I'm so glad we did. The PA Scott was great, he listened to us with empathy, and made appropriate suggestions. Not once did I feel lectured to, and he respected the research I had already done. Staff was very nice. Dr was very helpful.
The waiting room was very busy. I almost went back out. But the receptionist was extremely proficient, kind and respectful to everyone who came in. I even overheard her call back a patient, who it seemed he had left earlier without care, and she did everything to make it right with this person. The Dr was efficient and kind as well. She did a thorough exam and took time to answer questions.
Staff were great .
