I desperately needed a medication and they made it available to me.
I have been going to my doctor now for some time. I am very, very pleased with their professionalism, customer service, and the doctors and PAs. They're so great and personable. They listen to you and their suggestions have been on target for every time I've gone to the doctor. The only reason I have not rated them a five-star is due to the company policy about not responding to refills from the pharmacies by fax or phone calls.
