The receptionist needs to be fired immediately. Being a receptionist your job is CUSTOMER SERVICE BASED so declining calls, being disgustingly rude during calls, and just out right a rude person in general is not on what so ever. Definitely won’t EVER be going back or making any calls there. Get your staff in line.
I searched bulk billing and this one came up. It not bulk billing.
I had an appointment today at 3:30 pm. I reached there on time but the clinic was closed. I even asked the dental clinic next door. I called 3 times but they won’t respond. So I went home. Then they called me & left a message saying I missed my appointment & that, they will charge me $60 as a penalty. I called them again so many times but they won’t answer at all. Horrible horrible experience.
I couldn’t get into my regular GP so I booked an appointment here. The receptionist was super friendly. I saw Dr Karrthik and he was very thorough, friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!
