Bad service start from the reception not responding to answer the phone, if you want book appointments you get there on time waiting another half or one hour then they just call you later on, whoever doctor you want see it's only takes five minutes not even proper checking, honestly I'm being with this problem years and years ago, first time I put it on because it's getting worse
I had a really bad left shoulder in so much pain I could not move it.on Wednesday I Dr Abdul Matin when he called me in it was a red flag straight away for because the first thing he said to me is why are you here and not at your own GP , I then said because I am in pain with my shoulder and I cannot get into see my regular GP due to been fully booked out today then he said that's rubbish if you wait they will see you,, then said I can't give you any medication because I don't know your history then said go next door get a u... read more
If you move to a different dr and request any of your results not only will they make you work for it by giving you a run around, but you’ll need to pay for it too.
Book for 12.15pm still waiting at 1pm. What's the point of a booking? Not surprised to see a 2.5 rating
Even if you book an appointment you will be waiting for over an hour for the doctors to stop yarn carting and actually see you, even when they do see patients they pick familiar faces before anyone else. Don’t waste your time and go to another dr even a walk in one is more organised than this one.
