If I could give less than one star I would. DO NOT ATTEND THIS CLINIC. I CANNOT EXPRESS THAT ENOUGH. If you’re in pain and need reliable care, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere. Would not recommend this clinic at all. I attended a 9:00am physio appointment and was left waiting until 9:40am, only for staff to realise the physiotherapist didn’t even know she was scheduled. Not recommended at all. Zero stars. Run away! I should have checked the reviews of this clinic before booking an appointment; it’s no surprise they have a rating of 2. My experience with Dr. Amarpreet Kanwar was extremely disappointing. From the moment he called me in, there was no greeting or welcoming acknowledgment—no "hello" or "good morning." Best part of this establishment is the front desk clerk. Singh was unprofessional, rude, judgemental and unhelpful. We brought our 6 month old in to confirm hand, foot and mouth disease and all Singh he could muster up was "that's what you get when your kid goes to daycare"... Our child doesn't even go to daycare. He didn't recommend anything to ease symptoms or assist us in managing the condition.
