Today was my first visit and I was not at all impressed, especially after reading so many 5 star reviews. I was asked questions that were too personal and irrelevant by both the lady at the front desk and by the physician. This made for an extremely uncomfortable experience. This is in total contrast with my former physician's office. I had to switch providers due to insurance. However, I give 2 stars because it could have been worse.

I scheduled an appointment today because I have had a cold for two days with a fever. The provider in office today comes in checks me and states its not a bacterial infection its a common cold and he will be sending me a medication for 10 days… when I show up to pick up my medication that is ready later that day the lady tell me that its Claritin D which its essential an over the counter medication.
