Worst Medical supply. They don’t care the patients.
Worst customer service, reps don’t care about the customer health needs, 0 communication in between physicians, suppliers and insurance. It is been a month since my last sensor expired and They haven’t been able to resolve this issue. It used to be a good health suppliers always on top of everything but now are giving me the worst experience possible
If I could give 0 stars I would. It has been 4 weeks since I have started the process to try and get my essential supplies for my health condition. I have left 4 voicemails with no call back. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I have confirmed with fax receipt and duplicate emails ensuring that they have the necessary materials to provide me my supplies. My DME Doc seems to be ghosting their customers at this point. Made an order three weeks ago, called multiple times, told my order was being “rushed”, still nothing. Called again and was told they were switching systems. I am supposed to receive a call back “in 24 hours”. If that actually occurs, I’ll update this review…
