Though it’s convenient, the product availability is quite limited. What really disappointed me is that they don’t allow exchanges once the package is opened, even when the item is clearly unused. As you can see, the packaging itself can easily be resealed with glue or tape. It’s a small amount of money, but it leaves a bad impression. I don’t feel inclined to go back there anymore, even though I genuinely wanted to support a small local shop.
