Relaxed atmosphere, very calming staff. Julie at reception was lovely to talk to. Dr Neil took the time to answer all my questions. Explained my options, let me choose. He was great, 10/10. They got me in same-day for an emergency appointment. Reasonable prices. Overall, despite the nature of my emergency, I was very happy and I will be making this my permanent dental clinic!
Really lovely dentist. Very kind and considerate to my three year old who had chipped her tooth. We are new to town and have found our long term dentist.
I have always been terrified of dentists due to bad experience,and ashamed of how things have gotten,this is the first dentist that didn't push the expensive option on me,and actually listened to what I had wanted,and is willing to give me those options,did ease my mind,even though I am still ashamed of myself,but now I have actually been made to feel I can once again smile once the options are decided upon. Update... Had teeth removal and dentures,Neil made everything painless and made sure I was OK throughout the process

Dr Neil is amazing. He really is a medical professional. I just had a tooth extraction and he has gone above and beyond with patient care. He has also been great with our kid’s dentist visits over the years. I could not recommend him enough.
