I don’t think this clinic is honest or transparent. At my first appointment for a dental cleaning, they did an unnecessary X-ray, which felt like a way to charge more since I have insurance. They said I needed three fillings and asked me to book another appointment. I had no pain but went anyway. At the second appointment, the dentist applied ointment without explanation and suddenly poked my gum with a needle—some notice would have made the experience better. I had a wonderful experience at My Dentist. The receptionists and hygienists were very friendly. Dr Shojaei and her team were lovely, kind and answered every question I had. I would recommend them to everyone.
