I needed to find a new dentist since my previous one no longer accepts my insurance. I found Twinsburg Dental Associates and chose them because they were close to where I live. For several years, I have been going to a regular dentist for regular cleanings and a periodontist for periomaintenance. When I mentioned that I had gone to the periodontist, the hygienist chose to perform periomaintenance, or so she claimed. I’m really disappointed with the experience I had at this dental office. After waiting months for my cleaning appointment, I arrived on time only to be told it had been canceled. I received no notice — even though I typically get text confirmations. When I asked what number they had on file, it turned out they had the wrong phone number listed, even though my correct number is on file for my ortho account. I have a few complaints about Regal Valley Dental ****************************************, but the most recent is that they overbilled my insurance company. This information came straight from the current company after I talk to Regal Valley and they tried to blame the insurance company for overbilling me. I have gone to this practice for about a year. I have had 3 different dentists. All the dentists seem to be young. The dentists haven't completely matured the English language. I could deal with that, however the last straw was when a crown replacement turned into a 4 month ordeal. Then to add insult to injury they sent me a letter telling me they no longer will be my provider. The weren't happy that I wasn't happy with a 4 month wait for a crown. The worst practice I have ever used. Never again! Please find another dentist.... read more

My wife and I obtained services the same day and we were very pleased. The issue we had was with billing. Invoices received showing amount due did not align with the our dental insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOB). A call was made to the office questioning the invoice as compared to the *** and I was eventually told someone that handled insurance and billing would call me. No call was received.A follow-up service was provided and hard copies of the **** were presented and remaining balance paid per the ***'s 'patient resp... read more
