The best Dantist, very clean office! Excellent work
I submitted an appointment request on their website with date&time specified but their receptionist wouldn't schedule one for me. Instead left me a voicemail asking me to call them. I don't tolerate such laziness and unprofessionalism particularly when its related to my health
Bad Crown Fitting. The preparation process was rushed, not properly supervised by Dr. Mary Anne M. Yu, The consequence was a very uncomfortable (bulky, high, tight) temporary crown. When I tried to explain how I was feeling, she said that is going to be fix with the permanent. Once the permanent was placed, the sensation was the same. My concerns were minimized, ignored. I went back for adjustment and it was too obvious how annoy she was. Her offer was to modify other teeth on order to fix the problem. Absurd. Im very sorry ... read more
