Would not recommend as an emergency dentist. I was sent away with antibiotics and told nothing more could be done only to have the broken tooth saved by my regular dentist the next day. Waste of time and money. Reception staff need further training also, they do not explain the deposit requirement very well at all.
My kid chipped his tooth tonight. I found Melville dental clinic was open after hours. All staff were really friendly and Dr John was wonderful. Fixed my kids tooth beautifully! Thank you..
This was my first time visiting dental clinic in Australia, I was really anxious about my pain and potential financial hardship later..but Dr. Alex chan was very welcoming and genuinely honest on my condition and has not pushed further unnecessary sessions, which made it more trustworthy. Excellent experience with Dr Emily, so gentle, polite and skilled. Dr Emily saw my 6 year daughter for an extraction and she managed to keep her distracted through the whole procedure so naturally. Highly recommend Emily for anyone with kids. Also, Jack at reception was great, on initial phone call I had many questions he was so knowledgeable about it all (also helped me choose Dr Emily as the best fit for daughter) Thank you team.
