Every single staff member is absolutely lovely. Dr. Alex Chan is extremely thourough, considerate, honest and informative.
Very caring and supportive from the team. Dr Michael O'Laco would definitely my first choice for my detal care.
Was quoted $88 for a wisdom tooth consult online and over the phone, they then charged me $216. How do you charge someone more than double your quoted amount? Truely disappointing considering the dentist was very lovely.
I had the unfortunate experience of breaking a molar/filling and my usual dentist could /would not help. Instead, I contacted another local dentist who referred me to Melville Dental Care. I found out that this dentist is way more affordable and the vibe is a lot calmer. I must commend Dr Alex too, who seems to love his work, explaining how/ why he is doing what he is doing. He also who works in the evenings. Will definitely continue attending this practice.
Very dissappointing... I had an appointment on the 12th of June, with Chelsea. I needed a filling redone because my previous one done here (less than 8 weeks ago) had already cracked. I note the timeframe because I have fillings from other dentist on the same tooth that lasted years before going to Melville.
