Amazing clinic and staffs, Dr Casey is kind and professional, especially with kids. Will recommend to everyone I know in Brisbane. Molar also a high lights during our treatment, he is cute and lovely.
I’m so glad to find this place as my first dentist experience in Australia, the moment I walked in, the receptionists were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The environment was clean and calming. The dentist was incredibly kind and gentle and explained everything clearly. I'm very nervous anytime I go to the dentist, I have always struggled a lot and this is the first time I have actually enjoyed going to the dentist. Which I really can't believe I'm saying but Dr Casey is so friendly and patient. she explains everything so clearly at every step of the consultation and the treatment so you always feel you know what's going on. It really puts you at ease. Thank you so much!
All of the staff were so friendly and attentive I was pretty anxious but Dr Casey and Francesca (and Molar!) were all so gentle and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for anyone, but particularly anyone with anxiety/dental phobia.
A wonderful, friendly and caring clinic. Dr Casey, Trish and Molar the therapy dog looked after me so well. So thrilled to find a fantastic dentist in West End.
