Simply put, MyDeck does amazing work and truly is a pleasure to work with. On my project, we ran into a product/material manufacturing issue that was outside of MyDeck’s direct control. Was it ideal…no. However, despite frustrations, Tom, Joe, and Jason worked quickly to resolve the issue. I am extremely grateful to all, and their service and communication was top notch. Our old, large, elevated wooden deck seemed like such a challenge to replace. My Deck's completed replacement is magnificent in appearance and solid in its steel and Trex construction. But most of all, we were especially impressed with the process. My Deck's showroom displayed all the options, which Jason led us through comfortably.
