I have been going to My Day Spa for more than a year and Jules has always been my masseuse. I am not sure what the other person who left a review was talking about in regards to noise but I've never heard any noise outside my massage room on any occasion. I've been to lots of massage places in my life and this is one of the quietest. I love the heated beds, especially in the winter.
