I'm not sure what has been going on here within the past 60 days, however the quality of service has tremendously decreased. The lady who usually waxes my eyebrows was not there; the lady who substituted for her did a horrendous job. I left with patchy, uneven, unfixable eyebrows. I might as well shave them off and start over. While doing my eyebrows she was on her phone which to me is unacceptable if I'm paying for a service. I’ve been here a few times and they’ve always done a good job. My last service was ok. I got the basic pedicure and gel polish. The service was $35 with an additional $20 added for gel. I understand paying extra but a $20 upcharge that I wasn’t told about until it came time to pay was crazy. Especially since the gel polish peeled off the next day due to how poorly it was applied.
