Horrible, fraudulent, unlicensed company! Do not hire! The owner of this company, Oscar Valencia, gave me a written contract stating what work would be done and that quality materials would be used. He then proceeded to use the cheapest, most inappropriate materials he could buy and did absolutely horrendous quality work. I gave up trying to get him to correct the situation and filed a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Did a good job and worked hard to deal with some issues during the job. Finished late during Thanksgiving but was on the job to finish it. Only issue now is I cannot contact him for a minor issue (2year warranty) and would like to discuss a bathroom remodel and other flooring as we had previously discussed. Sure hate to use someone else.....wish he would call me.
