Do not bank here. They rolled out a new app that locked me out of my account. I tried calling customer support and sat on hold for 30 minutes while they played the same three ads on repeat as hold music. I ended up going into the bank to get access to my account and they had a long line of others experiencing the same problem. The new app sucks and is buggy. I have been a member of this credit union for 26 years now. The morning of August 7th,2025 I visited the Lyndale branch and my experience immediately reminded me why I have stayed with them all these years. Joseph Lavell and his wonderful staff went above and beyond to satisfy my financial needs!
